that I have just spent a long time going to each and typing them out for you LOL

Abbie, I really hate to tell you this because I know you spent a long time doing it, but this is meaningless to me.

On the site, the dropdown just says small, medium, large, etc.

For women's, on the spreadsheet it says Small - 15 x 24. I see you say it's in inches. What does that mean? 15" what by 24" what? Is this length from shoulder seam to hem? Or how big around it is at the chest? Or what?

This is what I see.

So here's the t-shirt and I dropped down the size chart to Medium. That's ALL that's there for the customer.

Now we know it's 16" wide by 25" long.

So if I measure across at some point on the t-shirt laid flat, it will be 16". Which I then double to get measurement around the the garment (32"). And I am measuring at the shoulders? Or mid chest? Or hem?
And for length am I measuring from the shoulder seam or the highest point (center of neck back) to the hem?

Our granddaughter is nine now and small for her age. There's one of her t-shirts hanging in her closet. It was not uncomfortably tight on her when she was last here (early March), but neither was it at all loose. It's 13 1/2" across from seam to seam so 27" around; It's 20" long. It's marked child's size 8.
Another, a childs 6 1/2-7, is 14 1/2" across at hem, 14" across at chest and 18" long.

So the women's medium shirt is only larger than a child's size eight by 3-5" around (somewhere) and 5 " in length from somewhere to bottom??

I am 5' 2" tall and have some short t-shirts that are about 25" long, so that kind of makes sense. But the other measurement? No wonder buyers complain about how small these are.

Look at the link that says "Size Chart"

That is on every single T-Shirt page

I see it in your image

It says Size Chart. Where my arrow points. Click the link

Abbie, the thing that worries me and has been mentioned many times is that the sizes on the women’s t/shirts are much smaller than normal.

A medium in the U.K. fits a 12-14 and measures 36-38 inches across the chest. On the charts here they are shown as 16 inches across which is 32. That is two sizes smaller than people expect. I had to buy two sizes larger than normal to get one to fit me.

I have seen a lot of complaints on the reviews page from women saying they had to give the t-shirts to their child! Customer service may not see hundreds of returns as most people complaining give them to someone else rather than pay to return a small item.

I just think it reflects badly on this whole site and wonder how many people then avoid looking here for items in the future.

The men’s sizes are fine it seems the women’s stock of blanks is bought from Asia where women are much smaller. I’ve seen this pointed out on the monthly suggestions at least twice in the last year but it has never been addressed.

In the sites defence the sizes are there clearly marked

But I'll pass it on

Notice the sizing for the tank tops for Women does not match the sizing for the t-shirts. I think the tank tops should be Unisex, as they are the same as the Men's sizing.

I also agree that somewhere prominent it needs to actually state that with the Women's t-shirts, the customer needs to size up two sizes. Or the returns and complaints are going to continue. A gentleman buying a tee for a woman is going to go by S, M, or L. He is going to buy with the thought in his head of "she wears a Medium".

Somehow people need to be instructed to go to the size chart first, then choose their size next. Maybe have the drop down on the Size Chart page.

Oh my goodness, Abbie, thank you! I never ever noticed that. Somehow I thought "Size Chart" and "SIZE" were one and the same. And even when you told me to look and where, I failed to see it. So sorry and thank you for pointing that out.

My t shirt order arrived. One out of three of the men's shirts two small...although all were ordered and marked 2xl. ALL the women's shirts were far too small....not anywhere close to 2so no matter how you read it...and one came in an xl, even though it was a 2xl on order. This is ridiculous.
The page listing is poor. I see 'size chart' and a very obvious drop down menu. You want people to realize the 'size chart' is also a link, please make a button.
But also, please explain why two men's t shirts were what I'd call properly 2so and the third was not, even though all were labeled the same.

I'm just curious why the max size in the different T-Shirt types is 2X except one that goes to 3X.

Brian, I assume you are talking about men's shirts.

The regular fit t-shirts actually go up to 4X; it's the athletic fit shirts that only go to 2X. With men's shirts, I think we ask for problems by listing the athletic fit shirt first instead of the regular fit ones. Most people expect a regular fit t-shirt when they buy, so I think they should be listed first in the dropdown with the specialty shirts listed below.

The biggest problem with women's shirts. None of them are even vaguely near a standardized American size. While we sell worldwide, they are printed in the US, which is our primary buyer's location. They should be American sizing.

The fact that Abbie had to create a pictograph to explain how to use a shopping page confirms to me that the page layout is deficient. If the artists using the site to sell daily can't figure it out, how are random shoppers just popping it to make a purchase supposed to understand how it works?

1. The words "size chart" and "description" should be a different color and show a hyperlink when you hover over them, so people realize they are links that take you somewhere.

2. As a form of measurement, I have never seen the width of a shirt listed for a chest measurement anywhere but here. It is always the circumference of the widest part of the chest that is listed for clothing sizing. To show anything else is just asking for confusion and problems.

Susan, the Women's t-shirt blanks come from Asia and are obviously tagged there with their own method of sizing which is not the same as American sizing. I think a notation should be put that the buyer needs to size up 2 sizes for the Women's tees. Many other sites note this if their clothing comes from Asia.

I also agree about the chest measurement. It should be chest circumference.

I agree, Joy. If they can't purchase American sized shirts for women, it should be noted on the page to size 2 sizes up.

Men’s regular fit should be the default setting as this style has the bigger colour selection.

On the sizes, i can’t see why there isn’t a similar size chart to the prints as in the customer selects in inches. Most people know what chest size they are and selecting a chest size would most likely guarantee a fit.

I never noticed the size chart text. LOL Thanks Abbie for posting.

Might I suggest it may be worth it to make the text bold or make it noticeable in some way that it's clickable, so it stands out a bit?
