Coming soon... Steven Boland (1965, Winona, Minnesota...) I grew up in one of natures most beautiful playgrounds. I still take inspiration from memories of the adventures I had as a child. I often find my thoughts meandering back to walking railroad tracks with a friend and the sites we would encounter. These are the best memories or feelings to begin the creative process. My creations, mostly brought to life through the means of digital or graphic arts, sprang from circumstances I would rather leave as long forgotten memories... I know it sounds cliche, but my art grew out of the need to escape or at least learn to accept life's pains. Art was a fantastic and fulfilling escape from the ordinary.
