This is a photo of a favorite flower, Scabiosa Comosa, in my back yard. I ordered the bulbs form a catalogue because I wanted some blue flowers. I had no idea how hardy they would be and how incredibly delicate at the same time. The stems seem way too think for the flowers, but they stand about 2 feet tall and sway gracefully in a breeze. After taking photos of the flower, I added textures to "paint" with it.
