This exquisite oyster is one of many �collected� from a raw bar in Austin, Texas. Once I have enjoyed the succulent morsels, I bring home their shells in a doggy bag (much to my family�s chagrin) to use as models. If I can�t live by the sea, then I must bring the sea to me!
