A Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes) kit standing in a field of sorrel.
This is what I love so much about young foxes, actually young animals in general: this mixture of curiosity and shyness. Something (or actually, their parents) learned them to fear the unknown, but the curiosity often wins this 'battle'. :D
