Artist's Description
Llullon Llaqui Supai - Amor fresco de los Espiritus
This picture represents the sublime mystery inherent in the plant kingdom which produces the food and oxygen that animals and humans depend on. At the top of the painting are the huge eyes of the sachamama - the Mother of the forest, while on the left the bufeos have aligned themselves to look like a plant illustrating their reciprocity with aquatic plants.
