Description
This vibrant painting of a cello and keyboard is one of the first paintings I did in my 'Musical Series'. It was the result of a commission and now hangs in a recording studio in Toronto. It's the most popular image in the series so far according to the Fine Art America stats and has won several contests here on the site. I was trying to capture a moody feeling by using shades of deep blue and red and I also wanted to create interest in the background with unrelated shapes.
