Yes... you read that correctly.
If you live in the United States or Canada, you probably recognize at least one of those business names. They're all custom frame shops with hundreds of locations nationwide.
Deck the Walls and The Great Frame Up have hundreds of retail stores located in malls and shopping centers throughout the United States, and the Framing & Art Centre is the largest framing franchise in Canada.
Deck the Walls has partnered with all three companies in order to power their e-commerce websites and in-store kiosks. The partnership enables all three franchises to sell framed prints, canvas prints, greeting cards, throw pillows, and more from hundreds of thousands of living artists and photographers who are members of shopdeckthewallsart.com.

When a buyer purchases a product from the franchise's website, Deck the Walls handles the logistics of printing, manufacturing, and fulfilling the order and then shares the proceeds of each sale with the franchise and the artist whose product was purchased.
Why the Partnership Works
In the traditional frame-shop business model, local framers are responsible for framing individual prints and posters that are brought into their stores by walk-in customers. The product offering is generally limited (framed prints only), and the customer base is often limited, as well (walk-in customers only).
By partnering with Deck the Walls, each frame shop is instantly transformed into a global e-commerce storefront capable of selling framed prints, canvas prints, metal prints, acrylic prints, greeting cards, throw pillows, phone cases, and more to buyers all over the world.

Purchases on each website can be shipped unframed to the local frame shop for the finishing touches, or Deck the Walls will ship the fully-assembled product directly to the buyer, if desired.
